Maintenance Notification - Warning Lamp

Hello all. My ORP has 7,900 miles on it and this message popped up last night while driving home. It was raining pretty good at the time and I was doing a good amount of driving in the rain. My question is has anyone experienced this? There is no warning light on the cluster panel and this is a very generic warning that says go schedule maintenance immediately. Everything seems to be working properly and nothing is leaking.
