My 2025 4Runner Trd off road developed a loud hum after Ironman IM 2.5 install. It has about 2.5” lift in the front. The hum is prominently heard in the front driver side. I can also feel slight vibration on the accelerator pedal. I read with the previous generation that it could be the needle bearing. I got all terrains Nitto Terra grapplers btw. Could it be the same issue? If not, what could it be?

If you did lift/tires at the same time, best case scenario is a better balance on your tires.

Putting an iron man lift on, may have been the first problem.
1. absolutely need an alignment.
2. Rebalancing tire/wheels
3. Never had a “needle” bearing issue on any of my 4 runners, only on a Tacoma I had, but that was a bad differential design.
good luck 👍

Solved. It was the needle bearing. Issue resolved after Ecgs clamshell bushing was installed.

Why do you need to rebalance the tires for lift?? You dont make sense. If the tires are balanced, it shouldn't matter whether you have 10-inch lift or a 1-inch lift. The tires are balanced off the car,
