Is this a good price for a “used” limited hybrid?

Yes, it has a V6 according to them. Just kidding.
It would be worth knowing what options an PIO it has to determine price as new.
Most likely someone traded it in for a GX : Much nicer rig "luxury" ride than 4R when money is not an issue.
I was just sent the window sticker. According to the sticker, MSRP was $60,675. Southeast Toyota add ons were LED Cargo lights, Cross Bars, LED Illuminate Emblem, Mud guards, Emergency kit (all of which is annoying), so the Total Suggested Retail Price was $64,040

And knowing the dealerships here, there were probably add ons at the end. I don't know that.

Good they sent you that. Technically ~4k off is not that bad. The LED cargo lights are welcome, everything else yes, not really needed, but it is what it is.
You might be able to squeeze another grand off the price if no one else is as interested as you are and play the game with them.
Like other's mentioned if time and some money is not that of an issue, another deal or new spec might be worth it. It depends how bod you want that particular trim/ color setup. Good luck!

The answer to your question is def "No" if it costs as much as new ones in the color you want. Having 4k "off" of an MSRP inflated by dealer installed accessories, that's not a deal. There is a Heritage Blue in MD that costs that much brand new

Also, unless you're paying in cash, financing a new car has better rates than a used one
