I know we all heard this over and over but this was at 6:30pm yesterday, it did it as well earlier at 12ish and 7am. Its not a morning issue, not sure if this helps.

Has anyone actually seen a pad or rotor that this is happening to? Is there any wear marks, or burn marks on either? Any discoloration, you would think there would be, that has to be generating heat.

There is nothing about the squeal that implies excess heat or wear or anything that would be visible. This is why the dealerships all keep saying "we don't see anything wrong".

The squeal makes a lot of noise but there is almost no energy involved. It's all noise and no force. It's the same process as gliding your finger on the rim of a wine glass. The pressure is actually very light to make it resonate loudly.
