I know we all heard this over and over but this was at 6:30pm yesterday, it did it as well earlier at 12ish and 7am. Its not a morning issue, not sure if this helps.

There is nothing about the squeal that implies excess heat or wear or anything that would be visible. This is why the dealerships all keep saying "we don't see anything wrong".Has anyone actually seen a pad or rotor that this is happening to? Is there any wear marks, or burn marks on either? Any discoloration, you would think there would be, that has to be generating heat.
