After 12 weeks of waiting, over two dozen of phone calls, texts and chat along with filling dispute with credit card and the list went on and also requesting this order to be cancel. It was confirmed it was canceled and it was still show up this weekend after 12 weeks.

Finally my draw system comes. Quality and design are A grade. Hardware and pre drill hole are questionable and need to improve. Customer services are beyond DEPLORABLE. My night mare with this vendor is not over yet since the sleeping flat form was damaged during shipment (major damage). It will need to be completely replace with a new set. So the fight and waiting will be continue. I won’t list the vendor name here becuase there is no way in my right mind to recommend this vendor to anyone including my worst enemy. I learned my lesson and will let others knows so we all can make an educated decision.

I just can not recommend this vendor I do not care how affordable and good quality. Mainly customer services do not exist, beyond DEPLORABLE and unreliable, giving the run around for month and month, operated more like “take from Peter to pay Paul” business,

Here u go since you asked. Wheels&Feels out of Houston. They are also sponsor of this forum. I had send several emails to the admin of this forum to ban them. They are also the owner of one of the FB 6th Gen group and they used this group to funnel their shady business practices. This is a clearly case of border line consumer fraud and money laundering shit show.

I gave me the run around and don’t response to any of my correspondences. They did the same thing with so many people aa I just found out now. Some people had been waiting for their products and fight with them over 6 months. I don’t understand why the admin of this forum allowed such thing. They used another FB account to advertise and funnel the income into their business with out provide a products.

I had a very similar experience with Wheels and Feels and finally filed a dispute with my CC to get a refund. Went with a Colfax Camper system. It’s pricier but the quality and customer support is top notch.

U r the few lucky. Yes I got my product. Half of it finally only after I already filled a dispute with CC and threaten to sue them for fraud. I will continue to stay on my dispute until they send me all of my order or follow up or give me partial refund. They are borderline of consumer fraud, take from Peter to pay Paul and money laundering shit show. I had send several emails to the admin of this forum to ban them.
