Does a quick release awning exist for the OEM roof rack?

This was my other option . I didn't like the fact that iit does not have the rubber grip protective lining within the clamps that attaches to the rails.

Also by the looks of it, the crossbars seems to sit higher on the roof than the Victory crossbars or maybe the Victory crossbars just have flatter profile and not necessarily a lower vertical depth with respect to the roof height.
I reached out to LFD a while back, and these crossbars sit 2" higher than the side rails, so they are higher than the Victory. I was wanting the LFDs because theyre a perfect hybrid of using the OEM rails and having 4 crossbars and a fairing and getting pretty damn close to a "rack".
My garage situation has put a huge damper on what I can/cant do, so Ive reached out to a lot of the companies bugging them on height 😂

Just to throw in some measurements. The shark fin sticks up a half inch above the side roof rails. The victory 4x4 cross bars stick up about an inch. I think pulling into your garage will be close, but I think it will clear.
Thanks! Thats the exact measurements I was looking for. I also emailed Victory earlier after seeing your post, so will see how their measurements compare

I think the OEsvictory crossbars sits lower than
No, the OE are slightly arched and are thick.

i think he was referring to the OE crossbars being arched and thick.

I believe the OE rails are completely leveled along were the crossbars mount .

So if you decide to get 4 Victory crossbars or even 6 (it would still fit), you will create a true leveled platform.

the mounting length on the OE rails is about 38 inches. The Victory crossbars are 4.25" in width. With 4 crossbars that's about a 4.2 inch space from edge of crossbar to edge of crossbar, spaced evenly.

With 6 crossbars, that leaves you with less than 2 inch spacing if the crossbars are distributed evenly within the mounting space.

I thought so too in my previous post, but I put a 4' level on mine after work today, and there is the slightest curve. Im willing to bet that LFD and Victory have enough wiggle room in their mounting brackets that you can get them level when installing and tightening down.

Oh. Thanks for looking into that. At first glance, it looked leveled to me..

I wonder if the LFD kit compensated for that. If they took that into account with their kit then that's the way to go.

Following up on this, Vicory's customer service reply was 1.5" above the side rails.
