Hi all,
I am quite new to the 4Runner world so figured I would ask you all. I have been researching much of this, but maybe you all could help me. I have a 2026 ORP on order with a mid-summer delivery scheduled. The truck will be 90% road driving and I want to dabble is some offroad (again, this new to me). I have been a BMW/Porsche guy for 25 years and never had a vehicle like this. I work from home and only put about 4-5k miles/yr. on my vehicles. Let me make a short list below to maybe describe my priorities.
• I am looking to even out the truck with around 1.5-2" lift in the front (minimum)
• Possibly something about 2.5" and a small rear lift
• I bought TRD Pro 18" wheels and want to either run a 285/65 R18 (33"-ish) or 285/70 R18 tire (34"-ish)
• I want to try to negate any negative ride quality, but also not really looking to go with a complete setup and spending $2k-ish (that would seem a little poser-like for what my main uses will be)
• With all of this being said, I don't drive much so it doesn't have to be a "plush" experience. I have other vehicles for that.
Thanks for any help and if there are other questions that need answered to help me, please ask away!
