Had the same question. If the cargo cover is still functional, I am seriously considering installing these.

I cannot get the cargo cover to seat in the latch area, I can get one side in but I would need to bend it to the point where I would worry it would break to get both ends seated. This is the cover that came from Toyota and its possible an aftermarket version would be more plyable.
