Brakes squealing issue: will wheels spacers void warranty?

My 4runner has developed the dying squealing noise and I have spacers on. I have an appointment for next week and tech noticed on the oil change that I have aftermarket spacers on. The service advisor called me and said that, this is aftermarket part and it may be that the "tech" can say it was caused by the spacers. Big question is, will this void my warranty and getting it "potentially" fixed? Will i get denied and they will blame it on spacer install? If they do, what can I do or say to get it fixed under warranty?
