Alpharex 3rd tail light installed - photos / video

Added the Alpharex 3rd tail light. Was a bit of a pain to install but you know what they say right tool for the right job and got it done. Love the smoked out look and the flash.

Looks great. I was going to buy the Diode hitch light, but I think I like this better for improved braking notification. Let us know what part of the install was a pain and what tool(s) came in clutch for getting it done.

My dealer included the Pulse blinking 3rd brake light system when I bought the 4Runner. It was valued at $200 but I think it's much cheaper for them at cost. It sure help the car behind me to pay better attention & brake sooner.

It's just really tight so needed a 10mm wrench doing like a 1/4 turn at a time because the socket wouldn't fit to take out the wiper assembly and then a ratcheting L shaped screwdriver because to undo the light is a super strange angle on one side.
