4wd dial dosen't lock in place

So, on my ORP the "lock button" on the 4wd dial dosen't do anything. I can put it in 4wd just by turning the knob.

I got aware of that last week-end. I've used the 4wd dial + lock button a few times since I got the truck last fall and never noticed the lock button was "broken". My truck was a demo at my dealer. It had 700km when I got it, currently at 7k km.

What are you toughts on this? I always used the dial with care, I've read the manual, and I always take great care of my vehicules.

Warranty. Get it fixed. I don't see why any other option would even be considered.
