Yeah. Definitely on a Trailhunter clearing 34s isn’t hard to do. You don’t need to trim. Some folks run 18x9 wheels though. Not 17s
Yeah. I debated for a while about staying with the 18’s. There’s nowhere near the selection or availability as 17’s with the offset I wanted. The tires are much more available too if you needed one quick.

I originally ordered these rims in 17s. The company text me back and said that they would not fit the truck so then I upsized to 18. I’m not sure what the problem was, but I did not want to risk it.

I am torn on tire size for my platinum with wescott 2.5 leveling.
suggested is 295/70/18 for my 18x9 with 19 offset rims.
I’ve considered 305/70/18s up to 35s.
this is a daily driver and will be doing next to no rugged off-roading. Simply rugged stance and personal preference.
I think I’ve ruled out the 35s because aside from removing crash brackets and mudflaps. I don’t want to do any more trimming, etc..
Anyone have any insight on the 295 versus 305 fitment and drivability with the 2.5 inch leveling kit? .
I am on 35x12.5R17 Toyo AT3's and it gives a pretty rugged stance. Especially on a +25 offset wheel, it looks mean in the front. All I did was remove the crash support and then trim maybe less than an inch on the bottom of the driver and passenger fender. I am on the same Westcott Lift and don't rub at full flex

Perfect thanks. I think I’ve decided to go with the 305/70/18 it’s .4 shorter and .5 more narrow. I can live with that.
i appreciate the info. Makes me more comfortable that things will fit hopefully without trimming.

just remember that going from 265/70/18 to 305/70/18 will be min 2 mph faster at 30 to 5mph faster at 70
