2026 TRD Off-Road offered w/ Optional Sway Bar Disconnect SDM

I haven’t seen anyone mention this on here, and I apologize if it’s been brought up. I just noticed on the Toyota website, SDM (sway bar disconnect is now a $1230 option for TRD Off-road. How many of you would plan on ordering it with SDM?

AFAIK it's only available as an option on the hybrid model. I didn't want to deal with the hybrid, so I chose gas only engine, and it wasn't an available option on that.

Fair enough, I didn’t look at the non hybrid options.

I would most certainly have ordered it. But as I already have mine, I'm hoping for a retrofit of some kind for the 2025.

I had a rubicon that had sway bar disconnect. Never used it

If I were still looking, I'd look for it...But it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. Others might use it more than I would for sure.

I have a '94 Wrangler that I made a sway bar disconnect for (have to do it yourself, one side at a time, it's very....manual LOL) and it increases travel IMMENSELY. But on an IFS rig that likely won't be a rock crawler until its third owner? I don't need it

The aux switches were my primary deal breaker option when I was searching.
