Are these the guys that charge you way extra to reduce the wait for their stuff? Like 'pay extra for a lower lead time'?

A few people's experience isn't everyone's experience. Mine is shipping this monday and they've been immediately responsive when contacting them (customer service, etc). I'll see on the quality when I get it and follow up here. I'm not one to have a bad experience with a company and then instead of resolving it, resort to defaming them or try to get them blacklisted as retaliation. But I will give an honest feedback once I get my setup and get it installed (with pictures).

All I’m saying is that’s the experience of some. And hopefully not will not be mine. I’ll follow up here. Already I haven’t had the experience you’ve had with customer service. They have been very responsive. I will not be reacting and cancelling my order just because a total stranger to me said that I will be dissatisfied.

Life is way too short to deal with companies like this. Every company should take lessons from Westcott. They have figured out that quality products, customer support and customer loyalty is the only thing that matters.

Trust even Westscott had started to build up their bad reputation on the customer services side. The full size roof rack issue. Thanks God I our sourced all my mods from overseas only get domestic when it is not available to me. I got much better customer service from oversea shop.

HERE is a hint for you. Per their agreement they will send you a tracking number of your order once it shipped out. Did you get that number yet? Of course not. Here is another hint once you realized i you had not received a status of your order. U call them, no one picked up, leaving a voice mail and you will receive a text stated they look into it (good luck to receive another text from them). Chat with Anton online. Haha. U get a form to fill out and start waiting. Again let us know when you got your stuff and how is that working out for you.

This is their normal standard procedure lol. Call how it is.
You are correct I didnt get a tracking number yet. They said It will ship Monday 4/13 which is in the future. Like I said i'll keep this thread updated good or bad. I'm hoping for the best. Life is also too short to live under a black cloud, so I'm keeping positive until i have a reason not to.

I have them install all their stuff themselves. I have noticed that any issues are usually the installation portion that goes awry. They know exactly how its supposed to be installed and they have yet to fail me.

I also try to buy things from shops that are willing to install their own work. Less guesswork and there is no questions as to whether it was a hardware issue or an installation issue.

I promised an update. I was told that my order would ship out Monday 4/13 and I would get a tracking number. I did not get an update so I inquired. Good news is that they were immediately responsive. The bad news is that they said it will now ship NEXT Monday afternoon (4/20). This means I had to cancel the weekend plans that I made to go camping with the new setup. :(
