Does this account for the diameter change? I think the mpg is technically not correct on the SR5 oe setup because the tires are so small. The car actually needs 33’s to be correct.

There’s essentially no way to fix scratches in that kind of plastic. Cover it, live with it or replace it or your only options.
You can go down to YouTube rabbit hole, where people fix it with heat and so forth personally not worth the risk for me.
$45k is basically the stripped down price for an SR5 4WD with processing etc added in. 8% off that number is a good deal as long as you are able to hold the line out the door.
If you have access to another dealer… you may want to just try that.
Per above… my experience was a total non-event. I put it in my notes and they knocked it out. It’s baffling to me that you’d have to fight so hard.
