#1 is the most ocd friendly pattern
#13 is a 2nd ocd pattern friendly
#5 is ok
otherwise i would like to see a pattern more for function than looks.
from what i can see these are more for looks. i rather have some science behind why you used certain patterns or what not like WT or husky does...
from history, the WT tend to be stiffer than husky's .
the lasfit seem on par or better in flexibility than the husky's
this is from a
2014 4R Limited (WT)
2016 Tacoma Limited (WT)
2018 Tundra Platinum (husky)
2023 Tundra Platinum (husky)
2025 4R Platinum (lasfit)
thats how i read it as when the headlights come on. darker means it needs to be darker outside to turn on the lights and lighter would mean more sunlight
edit: i have at times not seen eye to eye with how carista name stuff vs how toyots GTS (global techstream) lists them
well i did get 96k on original brake pads and rotors :)
so i was frugal on taking care of my 2014 4R, but then again, not much in traffic in ND anyway.
5 major cities and we only have about 800k total population in the whole state
also to add insult, each of the top 10 cities are more than...
some fluids can go longer
good example was my 2014 4R Limited. the brake fluid was fine after 10-11 yrs (was within moisture specs) per the tech.
when i had the oem original brake pads and rotors replaced and told them to also replace the brake fluid, the tech came back and said the brake...
unfortunately toyota usa cant do anything to SET/GST on those practices. we as customers can influence the situation by buying outside the SET/GST regions, but the majority of buyers will just go along and live with it so it incentivize the dealer to continue doing the status quo in those regions.
actually the first reminder at 5k miles (and every 5k miles, reminder comes on 500 miles before the actual reminder) is actually for the tire rotation, not the oil change in the usa.
its stated in the maintenance manual at the 5k matrix/paragraph
personally nothing for the vehicles. now it would be nice to get a unifi g4 pro doorbell wifi cam but thats going to be impossible. also really want to get 2 new garage cams to replaced my g6 bullets with some g6 ptz cams :)
and yes i intentionally let it be fuzzy screenshot
63k for a 67k platinum :)
and in regards to the seat / head unit height...
i would adjust the seat height up/down.
i prefer the butt cushion to sit all the way down and adjust the thigh portion slightly up. but that is just me @ 5_8
right now i dont think its more brighter bulbs but what bulb code is to fit in the various sockets.
right now i like to have some plug and play bulbs to drop into each socket than doing a full on replacement hardware like i have seen some people do.
pull out oem bulb and slide in a new bulb...
the only thing i have notice is the hybrid drive system goes wonky at times and introduces a weird driveline harmonic. doesnt happen every time but when it does it like its trying to engage/disengage within 1 sec constantly.
only way i can resolve it is to put it into sport mode or manual...
yeah im ok with the 4runner lights. i rather have those than platinum since pretty much every oem has a platinum trim anyway.
its like the raptor lights, now everyone has them even though it only looks right on vehicle that are wide enough to be federally mandated to have them. i mean...
i wonder how that works in an accident? you have to buy them again since the insurance company will only replace it with the oem ones that originally came with the vehicle?
lol you might want to email toyota then. like how they call the tundra a 3.5L engine when its 3.445
i mean if we want to go down that rabbit hole and be pedantic /s
:)
