well sadly on my 2014, i never had the chance to use the full size spare (on that freaky looking yellow wheel) in the 12 yrs i had it.
actually i havent used a spare tire once ever since i started driving in 1984. ive always went to a tire shop to fix or replace a tire. just wasnt worth the...
there is no difference between 87 and 91 or 93 octane gas, they have the same potential energy.
the higher the octane only prevents premature detonation at a higher threshold. its all about the compression ratio that the engineers set on a engine.
slightly decrease performance (this is mostly...
here is a better screen shot of the MID screen with the psi display ...
i have 3 screen layouts, #2 has the psi display, #1 has the electric motor display and #3 has the temps gauges for the trans and oil and wheel traction. i change between the 3 screens as needed.
if you look at the 2nd pic...
depends on dealer really. mine gave me invoice, roughly $4700 off msrp. no ADM, no extra add-ons, no crazy doc fee's, no below the line markup/fee's.
the only dealer fee was $225 for docs, rest was TTL fee's (state, taxes, title, license).
could be also from being over inflated.
check your tire mini console in your MID screen to see what the actual psi is in that tire.
it will show as ...
think mine was at 46 psi, which doesnt help. from your pic it looks like it was slowly rubbing it down.
typically its 10% of the max towing weight (btw is 6000 lbs)

then i would prefer i a video, then there is no confusion on how a step is performed (as long as you dont gloss over the process and assume someone understands what was done and then move on to the next step)
the logic on the rear seat reminder is crappy at best. if you open a rear door and dont do a corresponding door opening, it will beep.
they really should have put a pressure sensor on the seat pad than using the door open/close sequence.
sometimes i put something in via the door and take it...
you dont have a moon roof do you?
have you tried turning off rear seat reminder? (this one is a major pita since the logic on it is wonky from my pov)
those are the only other things beside key warning beeps and window open beeps.
i prefer both. i like the read thru the install instructions first to get an idea and then use the video as a backup in case i dont understand the pdf.
perfect example was the bullet point tundra dash mount for the top tray. wasnt quite sure on the pdf instructions but watching the video and...
the diagnostic is a chargeable expense until it is determined that its a warranty issue, then they charge toyota for the diagnostic
edit : if the dealer still goes that route, and charge you for a diagnostic for an actual warrnty claim, then i would find a new dealer.
thats like saying a new...
just a heads up for those that are ordering stuff from @StickerFab sponsor. i used stickerfab's website to order 2 vinyls and its going to take 30 days from order day to possible delivery day.
hey i dont mind buying from the forum sponsors but i think it is ridiculous to expect an order to take...
outside of CR, there is no one close enough but the problem with CR is they dont test everything.
you could use the tire rack in house review vs the customer reviews as a base and go from there.
