Mine were also filled to 55 upon delivery and the truck handled like crap. Dropped down to 35 and it felt fantastic.

That is done intentionally at the factory. It’s called the “transport PSI”. They do it to prevent flat spots in the tires during storage. Dealer should have adjusted to spec once purchased.

During my test drive, I thought the brakes were really soft. I got back to the dealer and the tires were at about 44 PSI. I dropped them down to a warm 35 and drove home and either got used to the brakes or it helped. This morning I dropped them down to 33 and will monitor.

My spare was at 55, just dropped that one down to 33 as well.

Same here. Mine were ~44psi and I didn't notice for a week. Just adjusted them today down to ~35.
