I've got a CaliRaised full roof rack, and I'm curious if anyone has found success with PPF under at least the front deflector. The feet sit on the weather stripping, but the gasket seems to be basically touching. I noticed CaliRaised has an $80 PPF, but anyone have recommendations they can offer? $80 seems steep for one strip of PPF, but maybe I'm just not up with pricing here. Anyway, happy to get someone else's insight into what they've used and any advice.

Separately, I can't get the dang front to sit evenly across the front roofline. I'm worried I need to loosen all the bolts and re-square it. Anyone have tips on getting the wind deflector to sit evenly?

Have you got a quote to get a shop to do it for you? It won’t cost much, being you’re going to spend $80 on a stop as it is.

I got the high impact areas done on mine several weeks ago, after buying mine. Obviously that cost a bit more.

I did my front, partial hood, and both sides up to the windows. Did it for scratch protection only and wow, does it work! Didn't do the full hood, roof, or rear. Too much extra cost for low likelihood of getting scratches there. I had planned to install a Westcott Lo Profile rack so I didn't see the need for the roof. Installed the roof rack with a Kammock awning later.
The partial hood should prevent most stone dings. I got a stone ding less than 2 weeks after I took delivery before my appointment for the Xpel PPF application by a local shop. They did a paint touch up on the ding, so you can hardly see it now.

Yeah, it makes a world of a difference. I did my entire front end, hood, grill, fenders, rocker panels (front, rear, doors and door panels). Cost a little but worth it in the end.
