Trash? It is a FACTS. Search BBB of Houston. Let just said customer services is beyond deplorable, delaying of delivering products at least 2-3 months without clear communications from customer services department. That lifetime warranty is beyond useless if you neither can get a response or guidance from customer services. Knock yourself out. Good luck.

Trust me I’m not the only one. I learned the hard way. And no they won’t take any feedbacks seriously because from what I learned they were in this business back in 2024. They did the same thing to their customers than they disappeared for a while and came back on 2025. Few customers surprised that they even have the audacity to sponsor this forum and back to same old business again. Another customer from Houston area also stated any businesses that are located at their current location ENOUGH to answer the question why everyone should stay away. I’m all for supporting small business owner but this business is not doing what they supposed to do. Customers are the only reason they are in the business first place.
