Do you have to drop the spare to install? I have mine and was ready to install but the 2nd back bolt seemed really close to the spare. Didn't have time to dive into it at the time.
Nope installed mine with a ratcheting wrench and then torqued to 52ft lbs

There is enough space between the back bolt and the spare tire to use a standard depth 17mm socket with 1/2" drive ratchet, torque wrench, and a cordless power ratchet to remove and re-install the back bolt without lowering the spare tire. I replaced the rear recovery hook without lowering the spare tire.
