Rough Country Fender Flare Installed

Thanks for the above pics/vid! I am looking to order these as well but was curious... is that 1.75" on top of the OEM flare? Or, in place of the OEM flare measured from the body? From some of the pics it looks like it's an additional 1.75" on top of the OEM flare but when I emailed RC they said it was 1.75" from the body (which is only 1/2" more than my TRD ORP OEM ones... which doesn't make sense).

I have +10 offset wheels coming so am wondering if these would fit well.

Is your wheel width 8, 8.5 or 9" Wide? 17 0r 18" ?

I feel like 1.5" Would have been perfect with 17x8.5ET25 or 20

Will have a RC 1.5” level kit eventually but for the winter will remain stock

It should be ok for the type of driving I’ll be doing until the level kit goes on. Worst case I’ll install it sooner.
Mostly curious about how much poke there will be (if any) with that setup and these flares.

Comparing your set up the the TRD Pro with 18x8.5ET20 Wheels and 275's your gonna be 10mm further out. It's hard to tell but I think you are gonna sit pretty close to flush?!

The TRD limited Griffin27 in this section you see has the RC Flares installed!
With TRD pro Wheels 18x8.5ET20 running 275/70R18 Meaning you will gain an additional 10mm outward with your set up. (Sorry I missed Griffin27 has a Limited that looks like a PRO)

hopefully they sit flush or preferably poke out a tiny bit - I prefer it when they are that way vs being inside the flare.

I agree they look a bit goofy when sitting inside, and no one wants to be goofy!

Heard back from RC again and now they say it’s 1.75” more than the base SR5 flares - less for OR/ORP models. Didn’t even know there was a difference in OEM flare size on all non-Pro/TH trims.

The new limited and SR5 trims seem much more flexible to achieve an off road spec/look.

Can’t wait to see it with wheel and tires
