I’ve been working on getting all the parts for my TRD ORP build since the beginning of May when I got my 4Runner.

I went with the Peak 2.25 upper control arms UCA and lift.

Sitting on 285/75/17 Toyo Open Country RT Trail tires with Method NV wheels +25 offset.

ARK mud flaps was a must to keep the rocks away from the new paint.

I put the Westcott Design rock sliders and CBI Super Stock front bumper with Baja Design lights.

A couple other little things but that’s the big stuff.

Ordered the CBI full skid plates but was waiting over 2 months so I cancelled the order. Will probably get Kings later on.

Looks great, thinking about getting the same peak suspension kit. Did you need anything else to install it? Also did any of the safety systems need to be recalibrated?

Nothing else was needed to install the kit. No recalibration was needed. I assume if you want to lift higher you might need to calibrate.

For the front tire, did you have to remove the crash bracket to tire your wheels?

Looks great! I have 285/70/17 Open Country RT Trail C ply tires on +25 offset wheels. I was considering the 75 ratio like yours but was concerned about a harsh ride with E ply tires. I would have preferred 34” as opposed to the 33’s”. So, how is the ride and gas mileage?

I ended up swapping my Toyo Open Country RT Trail E for a set 285 X 70 X 17 Toyo Open Country RT Trail C rated tires. I was getting 13.2 mg with the first set of tires, and it was a little stiff. Now I get 15 mpg and it is a lot smoother.

Good to know! I was getting MPG around 14-15 with normal mode. Switched to Sport mode, and my MPG improved to 20-21. Highway and city combined. I’ll see if that continues.

Do you have an updated pic of what it looks like now with those tires?
