I actually bought the Rago side panels and shelf before anyone else offered a similar thing (at least to my knowledge). While I'm happy with the build quality of the pieces, the install was a bit of a nightmare. Drilling holes into the panels already felt not ideal, but it was made so much worse by the angle of two of the rivet nuts you needed to install on each side. It was basically impossible to get a normal rivet nut tool into the space, so I wasted a lot of rivet nuts and in the end I still wasn't as satisfied with how solid the connection was other than the upper spot. If you don't plan on putting anything too heavy on there it's probably fine, but in retrospect I wish I had waited a bit and gotten the Cali Raised option.

Thats disappointing. Rago was the one I liked the most. Cali Raised seems better since you dont have to drill anywhere but it takes up a lot of space and looks to cover the lights I have and the cargo cover. I want to keep functionality of that still

Here's my Cali Raised driver's side panel installed, with some cheapo Amazon Molle bags. (Apologies, I didn't think to take pictures before I stuck all the crap on it).

Product arrived just a few days after purchase - no instructions in the box but there's a youtube walkthrough. Install was super easy -- it uses 3 existing attachment points, no drilling required. Took maybe 15 minutes tops. There's a little bit of flex/wobble in the top right corner when hitting big bumps because there isn't much support there, but not nearly enough for it to hit the window or pillar. I haven't had any rattles or noise at all other than from a few metal snaps on the back of the bags.

I don't love the look of the arm extension sticking all the way down on the left, but it doesn't really stick out or take up much space, isn't all that noticeable when you're not actually staring at it head on, and it's a fair tradeoff for not having to drill. Overall plenty happy with the purchase and will probably add the passenger side and possibly the top shelf.

I installed mine yesterday. In the heat... It was not fun, but the end result is pretty cool. I am setting up my molle pouches, and will take a pic and post it here when it's all done. Cali Raised for the win :)

Will do, I already have a rattle sound I didn't have before (Fire extinguisher holder) I ordered some neoprene on Amazon to prevent it.

really dig the bags you have here, where'd you pick them up? are they tear-away? if you could share a link (including that appropriately sized flashlight/flashlight holder) i'd really appreciate it, thank you!

Looking into getting some myself. I was just hoping to find one that didn't cover that little shelf storage

I finally installed the Cali Raised drivers side MOLLE panel overlying the cargo light. It doesn’t block the light. See pictures.

thanks for sharing these photos @DocASim ! thinking about getting these but don’t know how much of that cubby/storage space these panels take up over it. do you have a photo of the panels installed that show how much of that cargo storage cubby space you lose(without anything attached to the panels)? thanks in advance!

They cover the thin little top cubby entirely -- you won't really be able to keep much of anything in there. The main storage cup things on top of the wheel wells are totally fine though -- those aren't covered at all unless the stuff you hang off the panel blocks them.

They're all just cheap Amazon bags, probably made for Airsoffters. They use snap enclosures and work pretty well though. I'm a kayaker and mostly just use them for sunscreen/bugspray, spare cam straps, carabiners, first aid, and random other little stuff.

The snap buttons were causing some rattling where they were bumped up against the metal panel -- super easy fix though. I just cut some little squares of 1/16 inch sticky foam and stuck them over the buttons. Once I did that, no rattling at all.
