Interesting that they are still showing it on their website. Does it show Sale Pending on their website? Also if you do a search at https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/ using the zip code of that dealer does it show up there?

Yeah, it's not showing as inventory on the https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/ website which is what the spreadsheets are updated with. So looks like the dealer has hidden it from that database.

I am in AZ so only 33% humidity at this moment, but no brakes noise yet ?

It’s the rarest trim. We lucked out getting ours. Some of the dealerships we spoke to months ago still haven’t received a single allocation and they’re the largest volume dealers in the state.

FYI The allocation spreadsheets were down from July 23 to July 27 due to my internet being down during that time. I'm getting a new modem within 5 business days so hopefully my old one hangs on until then.

If my vehicle drops from the spreadsheet does that mean it might have been delivered at the dealership? My eta was yesterday/today and it was on spreadsheet yesterday and gone today.

It just means that is is considered sold by the dealer. Does it still show up on the dealer website?

This happened to me too. Dealer had it marked as Dealer Hold/Pre-Sold the whole time. Once it was loaded onto the truck for delivery, it disappeared from the inventory spreadsheet and website. Dealer confirmed that it's on the truck and either arrived last night or will this morning. I'm only 6 hours from the port so no train transport.

Mine has changed to status "F" which is supposed to mean freight. Delivery window is still 2-3 weeks away.

It has said sold on spreadsheet from the day it was added to it. I never checked dealer website. I put deposit on it the same day they got allocation.

I think you mean the Pre Sold column was True which is different than it being removed from the Toyota search inventory website. Under normal circumstances when it is removed from the Toyota search inventory website, I'm guessing the dealer no longer wants to get inquiries on it. When Pre Sold = True the dealer can still get inquiries , which I'm guessing they want in case the sale falls through, or just as a marketing scheme to show that these are selling.
