Hi hi,
@Zekzoop was amazing and sent me their rain guards for me to try.
Packaging:
The packaging was nice! Double cardboard boxes with each visor in plastic and a foam wrapped. Each one is label for that they are. Downside was the two rear visors were labelled as "L/R" so it took a few minutes to figure out which goes on which side
Installation:
Even though its straightforward to install, the instructions came with a QR code to their youtube video on how to install. It took more time for me to watch that video than it was to install.
Visor Quality:
Even though they came covered in plastic and foam wrapped, I did notice they had a lot of dirt marks on them and light scratches. Most of the dirt marks came off when i wiped it but there was some that didnt want to come out and I didnt want to try any harder to fear of more scratches.
The plastic material itself is quite sturdy. Thicker than what I was expecting and still had a very tight profile to the truck!
Driving with the visor:
This was the first time I had rain visors on a car. Didnt realize it increased the blind spot of the A pillar but thats a trade off that it seems that any rain visor will come with. Highway speeds there was no rattling nor the slightest movement from the visor; just as what I would expect with a visor this thick.
I havent had to chance to drive with the visor to impede the sun just yet but i hope it can lessen the sun's rays before i get a window tint.
Overall, I say a 9/10. Would be a 10/10 if it wasn't for the dirt mark that seems to be in the plastic. But its on the passenger side so i dont notice it.
Cant wait for the rain to come and get to use them. I love driving with the windows down
