It doesn't seem like the SOLD sheet updates every day, is that correct?
It is updated daily. Note that the sold spreadsheets contain those vehicles that at one point appeared in an inventory run (appeared in the <model>.csv file) but have since disappeared. Also if they reappear in an inventory run then they are removed from the sold spreadsheet.

So If my vin was removed from the allocation sheet, and put onto the sold sheet....what is actually going on? It hasn't shown as updated on the sold sheet like the allocation list did and it hasn't come back to the allocation list.

I'm confused. lol

The current inventory (allocation sheet) is obtained from the same place the Toyota Inventory search website (https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/)
gets its data from (which is https://api.search-inventory.toyota.com/graphql ).
That is the only way the program gets information. There is no Toyota Sold database the program accesses.

The Sold spreadsheets are created/updated as follows:

So if a vehicle appeared in an inventory program run (placed in 4runner.csv) and then at some point it disappears from the inventory run then the information from the last time it was seen in the inventory run (4runner.csv) is now added to the 4runner_<year>_Sold.csv file, and it is removed from the 4runner.csv.
From then on that information cannot be updated as it no longer is in the information obtained from the inventory run as that is the only place where the program gets its information.
So basically the Sold files are simply vehicles seen at one point in an inventory run but have disappeared since then.

Now if the vehicle reappears in the inventory run , then it is removed from the Sold file.

I see! That clears up everything for me! Thank you!

When the people above and below you get dates :/

Yeah, that's interesting since the VIN numbers (from your PM) are so close. It think those had First Added Dates a week earlier, but a lot of others a week earlier still have the dates blank.

Is there a way for the spreadsheet to get the message on the dealer screen that states the message? I.e. 42 day hold.

Well my dealer just notified me that on their side it shows mine is not on a 56 day hold but also now shows that it is at the railhead in Denver. So idk how the systems works/talks to each other.

I don't think the information returned by the Toyota inventory website has that field but will check.

Welp, mine is stuck in Factory to Port with a Dealer Hold and no date. So that sucks. I guess I'm just stuck waiting.

Looking at the Dealer timeline provided by dealer. The messaging that is provided there that is not on the spreadsheets.

when the holds began there was a status of:
“UNDER STUDY CHECK BACK EVERY FRIDAY AFTER 12PM”
Which I assume the vehicle was not reviewed yet

I now have a status of:
“QUALITY CONFIRMATION ACTIVITY”
Which I’m assuming the QC is being confirmed and worked on? (I have a ORP, so prob checking brakes, JBL, air dam?)

Anyone here that has received their 4R and have old status that could confirm what they changed to?

Trying to make sense of the comments and when it will get out of the “Vessel Arrive” status on to “Processing”

Mine was about to head to the dealership then got put on the hold before it left. Been checking on the allocation list to see if any dates were updated then it got put on the sold sheet for a few days and taken off the dealer site. Came back on the allocation list and dealer site for another couple weeks and then today its off on the sold list again. My salesman text yesterday and said the date moved to 06/26 so thats why I was checking this morning to see if my dates where changed. These list are confusing me too lol
