They look great. How wide are they? Trying to figure out if they can be use a step to get in/out of the rig.

Yes, they can be used as a step, into the vehicle or access the roof.

Now that you have had them awhile, what's your thoughts? Do they give you a good step to access roof? Also, do you find your leg clears when getting in if you don't use it as a step, or do you rub on them?

I like the way they cover the length of the body to keep spray down. Unlike, the tube ones, that have an open side and spray everything up to the body. They give assistance into getting the vehicle and accessing the roof. You will rub on them, if you don't use them as a step. Meaning your pant legs will hit the sliders.

Just installed these today. Needed a Riv Nut tool and a step drill that goes to 11/16. Watched the video on YouTube for the 250 Land Cruiser and it helped with tightening the bolts that use and allen key. My TRD PRO had threaded holes but it was just 3 bolts on each side. I had to call Westscott Desings and speak with a rep for some instructions for install. They don't give you and instructions just tell you to watch a video. No one has posted a Video for the 6Gen 4Runner yet installing these...yet!
Now that they are on I am 100% pleased with quality and fit. They are truly amazing. Took me about 2 hours on my garage floor doing with no help.
FYI, I called around for estimates and most places willing to install them quouted me between $600 and $700 dollars.
I have attacehed the two items that you will definately need other than a 15mm, 17mm and 19mm socket and a 15mm open and closed ended ratcheting wrench. I also applied a little black touch up paint that I had on hand for after I drilled out the existing hold a tad larger for the Riv insert to fit. Didn't want any premature rust forming. :p
