this may have been asked before, but do you have to remove any part of the front bumper to swap headlights?
About a quarter of the way, yeah. It's not bad though. There are Youtube videos of it.

Obviously they are needed how about some explanation?

Those harnesses are not needed. TRD Pro/Trailhunter headlights are direct swap plug and play. The existing plug for the halogen turn signal plugs into a dummy slot on the pro/trailhunter headlights.

Not sure why OP bought additional harnesses. They could be for another project of his or bought just incase he needed them. But I can guarantee you they aren't needed for this headlight swap.

This is a tough one.. both look great. I personally sort of like the ORP headlights more. Is there a significant difference in throw distance or are they virtually the same? Do you still have control of the projection height using the little dial on the driver side?
