My dealer contacted me this morning to advise that the ship arrived at port this morning.

If I were to guess you will not see dates populated on spreadsheet. You will most likely just get a call from your dealer notifying you of its arrival.

There has been movement of some TRD PROS. Several are getting to delivered to dealers right now. Mine has not moved, other have received notice of arrival beginning next week.

By the way, I was trying to buy a different trail Hunter from a different dealer here in Missouri and it was also on hold as well. The dealer called me and told me it showed up two days ago. He had another customer buy it but it’s a good sign that trail hunters are finally being put on the train to get out of port. I asked him if he knew what day it was Held, but he did not know. But I’m pretty certain it was one of the early March holds so let’s pray this is a good sign for all of us

Spoke with my sales person today, ORP changed to “port to dealer”. His experience is that the vehicle is now in processing at port (adding the POI options) and that I should expect to see it late next week.

Still no update on my Trailhunter, at Port since 03/02/26. Does anyone know how often the spreadsheet on page one of this Thread gets updates? Or is that a "real time" spreadsheet that is always correct when we open it?

Sheets are updated daily usually around 4 am-ish. Do you know the last 5 digits of VIN? That yields solid results using the "find" feature in Google sheets

I can always find it on the sheet (I sort by dealer), but if you can teach me where the sort field is so that I can find it even faster? I'm assuming that's what you mean? Thanks!

This is pretty cool. Just found my Everest ORP that the dealer has a hold on for me. Looks like it went into production on June 3.

Control button and F key will bring up the find / search window in Windows. On mobile devices its tap the 3 dots upper right hand corner tap "find and replace* (don't worry you can't replace anything). Apple devices I am not sure of.
