-24 offset is pretty far out, literally.

You're gonna need the lift kit at least, and you might need to trim some stuff/remove the crash bar, since your front tires will move forward/backward more when you turn with these.

Edit: Oh, and our stock centerbore is 95.1 cm; you might need a hubcentric ring to go to 106.1.

Wow. Everything that 4Everest said and a couple additional observations:

Typical 285/55R20 (32.3") tires are actually .3" smaller diameter than the TRD OR stock 265/70R18 (32.6") and there is a lot of clearance around the stock tire so it MIGHT fit (with the caveat that the SR5 suspension geometry is maybe a little different than my TRD ORP.)

BUT that offset is 79 mm (3.1") (!!) different than stock (not even counting the much wider 10" wheel difference - another inch or so impact on scrub? (I'm not sure exactly how that works)) So your scrub radius will be WAY different than what the suspension is designed for. I'm not an expert but .... I would not do that to my vehicle that I'm hoping to run for a long long time because I would be too worried about damage to suspension components.
If you really want 20" wheels maybe look for someone here who is taking them off their Sport/Limited/Platinum (or buy them from a Toyota dealer on line who has a discount and free shipping). I'm not sure what their offset is but suspect it will be somewhere between the TRD PRO/TH +20 and the TRD OR +55/+45. And anything aftermarket in that range will work (assume you want poke the +20 will give you a decent amount with a 285.)
BTW - 10" width wheels might not be within spec for those 285s - my Toyo 285/75R18s call for 7.5-9.5 range of wheel sizes.
Bottom line: Pick different wheels. Seriously.
Maybe ones that are designed for the 6G4R lug pattern, are in the center of the width spec for tires you want, and have offset in the +20 to +40 range (could probably get away with +10 with those tires.... probably.)
