Anyone find it frustrating that there no instructions being shipped or online for westcott design products? Had to figure out the switch pro engine bay mount (not a big deal, but come on) and also nothing for the s2 fog light mounts (that I can tell so far) and who knows about the switch pro panel mount (still shipping). I have their roof rack on order too so I’m worried thst they just leave you to figure it all out sadly.

Personally, I'd send them a message by returning it all!

There is no excuse for causing a new customer frustration. Sadly, many of these after market vendors seem to lack in customer service. Its becoming the new norm but will not be accepted by me.

Good luck.

I don't think its just Westcott. One thing I'd like to see all companies do more of is post installation videos. It's helpful to have instructions and diagrams on paper to decipher, but I'm a lot more likely to buy a product if I get to watch someone else install it first. I know this gets tricky for products designed for a wide range of vehicles, but I buy a lot of vehicle specific products. Even with paper instructions and diagrams, they are sometimes not clear, and sometimes plain wrong. Having a good video sometimes helps "prove" the installation method and often clears up confusing procedures.

I agree, they should have videos on more of their products but I think that's the majority of the fab shops. Even having info. posted is hard to come by for most of these products. They do have an install video for the roof rack.

I had a question about my sliders, gave them a call and they had an answer right away, even made some suggestions about other parts of the install. I've talked to them on multiple occasions, give WCD a call, they'll help you out.
