I saw "Toyota Cargo Tray - All Weather 4Runner" on the window sticker of new 2026 TRD ORP at the dealer. Is it the cargo floor mat or a sliding cargo tray? Anyone on the forum has this option? How does it compare to the after-market products such as WeatherTech, Husky, Lasfit...etc? Please share your experience.

It's a lay in, static, all weathet rubber mat. I have it on my TH. I also ordered the full Lasfit kit. I much prefer the Toyota one over Lasfit. Thicker, lays better, and just looks better, IMO. Gave away the Lasfit one.

Joestac, does your OEM Toyota "cargo tray" have good side walls to contain liquid spill? Do you have good photo that you can share?

Joestac, Thank You for the nice photo! Now I got a good idea what to expect from this option.

My ORP (non-hybrid) also has the Toyota PIO OEM cargo mat which is a great fit and doesn't move around. Lip might contain a small spill, but not a gallon water bottle leaking. I'm pleased with the design and material. It's a bit cushy or tacky so stuff doesn't slide around easily. I've dragged 50 pound boxes across it without any damage.

I've had Weathertech in previous vehicles which was stiff and plasticky. Same with their floor mats.

I do not recommend the Toyota all weather front floor mats which have poor coverage compared to others.

Check out Husky X-ACT Countour mats.

Could not agree more. In my previous vehicle I had a WeatherTech and everything just slid around it like it was an ice rink. I am extremely happy with the OEM cargo mat. Stuff doesn't slide, and as was said earlier its been really durable so far.

I got the Weathertech mats front, rear and back and am very happy with them. The back mat covers to forward of the rear seat mounts (farther forward than previous rear mats I have had), which is nice. Had Husky in my last 4runner but prefer the Weathertechs. More rubbery, less plasticy so less slippery when wet. That does make them a bit harder to clean though.

OEM cargo mat is fine but the ones under your feet suck and specifically under the gas pedal. No real coverage at all. Went Lastfit and happy. Even covers the door sills so no gap between mat and sill
