Toyota App Climate settings

I have a 2025 TRD Sport Premium which is my second one due to a total loss of my first one.

I recall in the Climate setting that I was able to control more features and not just temperature. I could turn on heated or cooled seats and such.

on the new one I bought in November it seems I can only control the temperature.

Maybe my recollection is wrong for the first one I owned in early 2025.

Hoping someone can clarify for me

Any suggestions to resolve? I checked if the software needed update and it does not. Worst case is a dealer visit.

i would try un-installing the app, shutdown the phone (or soft reboot/restart) and install the app again.

also go into toyota.com/owners

and remove the old vehicle, logout and login and load the new vehicle there.

dont do it from a cellphone. do it from a computer if you can.
