2025 4Runner Trailhunter – I'm planning to add a bumper/winch combo and was wondering if anyone has recommendations. I've found a couple options so far, but I'm curious if anyone has gone a different route or has firsthand experience with a setup they’d recommend.

Thanks

These are the same two options I’ve found. It’ll be one of the first things I add after It gets out of QC hold, and I take ownership.

Please keep your usable weight in mind.

Love our Rago Fab one. Here is our install video. It fits great. Weighs around 120lbs with warn 12k winch. The bumper alone is around 70 lbs. dang winch is super heavy but necessary equipment for me. Total parts taken off and not put back on were around 15lbs. So net weight is around 105 lbs.

I had the bumper/winch assembly from Rago Fabrication installed. It looks grea, but I almost immediately encountered an issue with the remote. A few days later and ever since, it’s working again. I’m sharing this to see if anyone has plans to relocate the winch control box under the hood. This would allow you to use hard wired without issue should the Bluetooth remote fail. I’m looking at a few options to relocate mine and will post information on what we do if my installer wants to tackle it.

The other option is to do what @squawbum has done and leave the light bar off the bumper; this will give you plenty of room to get to the clutch and control box.
