Is it me, or does Taco Vinyl have the slowest turn around and is almost impossible to get in touch with to get an update on orders?

I ordered it almost a month ago. I cannot get a response from their customer service. That is all I want is updates.

I've ordered from them in the past and they've always produced and came through. I don't have time during the week to park at the mailbox waiting for things. I remember reaching out to them for clarification of fitment of a certain grille badge and received a response several days later. I've always been pleased with items purchased from them
