SR5 tire/wheel help

Planning on sticking with stock suspension. Having a tough time deciding on what set up to go with. Originally planned on 285/70/17 with stock wheels but there only 7” wide.
Daily driver with weekend hunting/camping trips.

I have 285/70/17's on my stock sr5's. Wasn't a problem airing down or off-roading.

Don’t know if this helps but I went with Cooper road and trail At 265/70/17 on the stock rims. If I had a do over I would have gone to 255/75/17. The ride is good but I think the width isn’t needed for my use case which is daily driver and fishing/camping. Ymmv.

C load. Rides fine, no chub rub. You can definitely feel the difference in weight the first few rides. MPG took a hit but I still get 20-21 on the highway, 16 city. I'm getting the OTT tune next week so I can update after that as well.

Super late to this, but usually 20-18 depending on terrain
