Not sure if this is the right channel but I recently got delivery of my Prinsu ladder and some of the spray on packing foam got stuck to the ladder

Any tips on getting it off? I've reached out to CBI but haven't heard back yet

So far I've tried rubbing alcohol, water, goo-off and using a plastic scraper w/ no luck

That's unacceptable.

I'm starting to realize that alot of these companies are happy to take your order, but once that it's done customer service drops to zero.

Personally I'd try and contact them again and if you don't get a response, cancel payment, pack it up and send it back. JMHO

Agreed, I didn't expect this level of apathy from everything I've heard about them. I've reached out to them one more time in hopes I don't have to go through the headache of sending it back

try a heat gun on low heat.... then use a plastic razor blade. Or if its really on there sometimes I use heat, Goo-Gone on a rag and then the plastic razor blade.
