Normally I label my spare part bags but I wanted to throw my air dam back on for a few days and I went in the back and had an unmarked bag. Inside had 7 of the bolts (10mm) without the Philips head indent on top, 2 with the indent, and 2 silver ones. Can anyone ID? I watched a video of air dam install to retrace my steps and apparently it should’ve been 9 of the ones with Philips head indent..

The black ones look like the screws that you pull to add mud flaps.

Air dam hardware is the black one with the larger screw pitch. I think 7 seems correct. 3 on each side. 1 in the middle

Yeah I thought this bag was from my air dam removal and I have 7 of one of the black ones and 2 of the other. I was trying to reinstall my air dam when I realized the bolts I had didn’t match the videos and posted this after. I’m guessing the 9 black bolts I have came off the air dam and maybe this is what the service advisory is for? Wrong bolts?

See update. 7 is what you need, I think

5 in the middle, 2 on each end. I just removed/replaced mine yesterday (off when I went off-road, back on for the freeway). I had not tightened mine enough the first time and they fell out, so I am using different ones I found in my stash. The originals were all black hex head with phillips as well.

Could be different...new version? Or maybe I forgot what my original outside bolts looked like before I lost them :).

As you probably know there is a service bulletin (or something like that) about the air dam coming loose. Mine has been ok (aside from my error), but apparently now they have better hardware. I will mention it on my next regular service in around 1700 miles.
