Done! All bolts torqued into place! Here it is!
Excuse the clutter in the background.

Nice Rig and great job! I had my toyota dealership install the OEM SKID PLATES( front trd, rear diff, and transfer case), however, the TRANSFER SKID PLATE seems not to cover the entire TRANSFER CASE..how bout your observation of your installation..thanks in advance!

Yea - the naming of that second skid is a bit misleading**. It covers the transmission but does not actually go all the way back and cover the actual transfer case. On my TRD ORP Imax, the transfer case has its own little mini-skid. See photo:

** I'll note that some of the toyota parts dealers call it transfer case skid but on the instruction sheet from Toyota its just called "Skid Plate" - either conv or HV, as distinguished from "Front Skid Plate". I refer to it as "transmission skid" because that is more accurately what it is covering.

Side question: Can anyone tell me why everything but the muffler/exhaust has an available skid? I've got them all: Front Skid (i've got the Land cruiser version that says "TOYOTA"), transmission skid (photo left), mini transfer case skid (photo top center), gas tank skid (black steel that I think is on all trims), and the differential skid that I installed last weekend. But the only spot left vulnerable is the muffler and exhaust. Is this because of the need to ensure air flow around the system? Some other reason? I'm nervous about ripping open (or off) the muffler while off road but there MUST be a reason why it does not get protection. Thanks for any wisdom anyone can impart.
