Seatbelt retraction issue

Sometimes my driver seatbelt does not retract when I get out. I guess it falls down on the side between the door and chair So when I close the door, there’s a clanging sound as the door slams on the seatbelt and the door cannot close. I have to physically retract the belt. Anyone else have this problem? Not always but coouple times a week

I would say you either have a belt retraction problem, or you haven't figured out how to use a set belt yet haha! If you tug on the belt a bit, does it engage the auto retract? If not, then the belt retraction component is probably broken.
