Seat Issue

Anybody have this issue going on with their seat? I had it in Thursday as all three triangle white pieces had come out, they supposedly fixed it but one has already come back out. Dealer said he's going to order me a new seat bottom cover to fix.

this happened on my limited… i popped it back into place and haven't see it arise again though, was on the inside passenger side seat

Ours is on the driver's seat outside, it's been off since we bought it making crunching sounds.
