Picking up my brand new 2025 4 runner today. Im looking to add running boards. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Unless you are looking for a set of rock rails that have the steps, I would check to see if your dealer has a set of OEM running boards that were taken off another 4Runner. They are essentially brand new but are sold at a discount. And they work just fine.

I sold my OEM ones on facebook marketplace for $350, there seems to be a lot listed right now in raleigh-durham area for $300. my predator drop steps were off the vehicle within 30 minutes of being back at my house and i assume most people on facebook are similar

Not sure, the mounting points may be different- I do know someone managed to fit Tacoma sidesteps on the new 4Runner after some cutting to shorten them. Think it was a newer Tacoma

We ended up going with the TRD cast aluminum on our Sport Premium. They are a little pricey but in my opinion, the cleanest looking ones. Toyota parts online is having a 15 percent off sale for Labor Day, so you could check there for pricing. When you go there you’ll have to put in your zip code. Compare prices for the listed dealers in your area bc it will vary. Site says free shipping but they won’t bc of the size so choose one you’re willing to drive too.
