Update: my Trailhunter is still at the dealership, six weeks later, with no solution. They gave it back to me twice, after replacing different sensors, but the warning message came back on within a few miles of the dealership both times. They keep saying that Toyota is involved, master tech, etc. This is my first Toyota. Very disappointing and not confidence inspiring, to say the least.

At least they gave me a 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium to drive. It’s not the hybrid, but plenty of power and I like the extra room in the hatch area without the battery.
Well this doesnt give me much hope I just got the message again Friday and have had it all week I have 59807 miles on the trailhunter I just pull over and restart the car and it goes away for a bit then it might come back. There doesnt feel like a reduce in power ive gone anywhere from 50mph to almost 90mph to test. Ive put in sport mode and let it rip from 0 and nothing still puts me in my seat. We just traveled over 600 miles this weekend with the warning and nothing seems wrong but it has been super humid and raining all weekend. It seems to only happens when it rains. Im taking it to a different Toyota dealership since the last one they were just jerks and didnt think anything was wrong even though ive taken it to them twice already within a year with the same issues.

Specific to the Trailhunter with raised intake Early reports on the redesigned 2025 powertrain note that water/moisture infiltration (such as through raised air intakes) can trip temporary electronic power-reduction warnings requiring dealer software attention.

What are the DTCs associated with these warnings. Did anyone get them or freeze-frame data when the Reduced Power Warnings were received?

My Trailhunter was at the dealership for seven weeks, picked it up last week, and so far so good. My understanding is they replaced the main electronic control unit after trying some other sensors first. After I left the dealership, I realized they did not give me any paperwork. I am going to email the dealer and ask for the paperwork for the seven weeks.
