Rear Reflector Replacement

Hi! I want to know if anyone has had success replacing back bumper reflectors.

I want to replace the factory reflectors with plug and play brake light accessories. Seller did not provide installation instructions, and after looking underneath the car, I have a feeling I will need a few hours to tear down the bumper completely in order to do this install. The reflectors are screwed in rather than secured by a pin. Has anyone else found a way to do it faster?

I purchased some similar ones from Amazon. They came with a plastic pry tool. The instructions said the reflectors pry out. I tried to pry one edge and broke the reflector. That ended the installed for me. I also see foam pieces in the bumper. Don't know what they are for, but I guess the foam would need to be removed to mount the lights. If you find any info on the install, please share. I would like to install them.

Sadly no, so I plan to install smaller reflectors somewhere else on the rear.

I live in rural NC, about 2 miles off of any main road and on the peak of a mountain. So no one is coming near my parked vehicle at night You're hilarious though!

I installed light to replace the reflector. It was not as simple as you would be led to believe. There is a screw accessed from behind each reflector. I had to take some trim pieces off the rear wheel wells to get to the back of the bumper and the screw on the reflector. I didn't have to remove any foam.
