Hello all!

Rally Armor has officially released their 2025 Toyota 4Runner mud flaps. My experience with them as a brand goes back to my Subaru days. SubiSpeed / FT86Speedfactory if anyone knows those companies. Highly popular products in general.

Basically these mud flaps are heavy enough to keep dirt and debris down, but flexible enough to give way when they come into contact with something a little less forgiving. IE going over trees, rocks, etc.

Finally an aftermarket mudflaps option. These look like they gie much better coverage area than the Toyota mud guards. Have any side by side comparison pics vs. OEM?

Seems my last post was deleted! Apparently my post was considered "ThreadCrapping".

My comment was “ I will pass, way too costly, not competitive”. Might be better for those who off-road. Cost should be in the $160 ballpark. They also look a bit “home made” and not sure the shiny material helps. To each his own and let free speech prevail.

Sorry I do not. This vehicle did not have the OEM ones. As with the Land Cruiser they did make them wider than the OEM bits. I do know that. Here are the widths.

Front 13"
Rear 12"

They are a little adjustable in case you don't have the most aggressive setup. I pushed mine in a bit.

For those who are hesitant due to price, I was going to say in the post, do it once, do it right. Wouldn't be surprised if some people wind up going through OEM flaps and two other sets of aftermarket ones within a few years due to poor coverage / wear. I still need to replace the ones on my Bronco from a log floating the road. Snapped it right off. We've had some busy hurricane seasons. Will be changing that out to Rally Armor as well.

They are new not new to the game.

I don’t care for the looks of them but to each his own I guess.

I was ready to buy at $211 like the Land Cruiser but at 300 plus price is nuts (if I'm generous $50 to produce is my bet).. I might go with the non flexible Toyota mud guards for 110.

Good to have more options but I guess I gotta wait till Rokblokz gets theirs ready. Their regular Tacoma flaps are $250cad for 4, compared to Rally Armor here at $477cad for 4. Sorry but that's a bit too much. And the gloss finish is a little questionable on a trim with matte or body color flares imho

I do wish they were closer to that price as well. They are bigger than the LC and have more hardware. Pretty sure this is a proprietary blend of material. Haven't seen it used by anyone else. Unsure of the cost, but they did a good job at blending a variety of hardware to make a nice mounting solution.

I remember offering Rokblokz back in the day. Nice company and owners. It is a much stiffer option unless they've changed their material. Still suitable for many!

For those folk deciding, Toyota show two part numbers, normal and a wider model. I think I posted the model numbers in another thread.

Just FYI, I didn't ask the moderator to delete your original reply, but this is in the sponsored vendor's forum. That's probably why they deleted it. They usually keep the topics related to the sponsor's post.

Just ordered a set to keep my mud bath from getting a mudbath like it did earlier today.
