Do you know if a Dongar adapter would work by tapping somewhere in the rear view mirror? I would like to avoid opening where the map lights are again, that was a pain.Here's the solution I used. Generic Amazon mount specific for Uniden R7. Blendmount did not have anything available at the time of install. Power tapped using a Dongar adapter.
