Has anyone tried to fit a queen or full mattress in the cargo space of a TRD Off Road? I’m looking to buy a new mattress but need to know if it is going to fit. Thanks yall!

or measure yourself with a tape measure wheel well to well and then compare the size to a std mattress (queen/full)

Thanks for the response. I’m kind of in a weird position where I don’t have access to my car during the week (military) so I’m trying to figure it out before The weekend. Was just curious if anyone had experience trying to fit one.

well a queen wont fit length wise, your best bet is a twin. i think the space between the wheel wells is like 30in

see below post

if you raise it above the humps you get maybe another foot width wise

6G specs :

Key Cargo Dimensions
Length (behind front seats, folded): Approx. 74–77 inches (front seats moved forward).
Length (behind second row): ~63–64 inches.
Width (between wheel wells): ~43–43.5 inches.
Height (floor to ceiling): ~29.5-30 inches (this is where you lose a lot of cargo space vs 5th gen) emphasis mine

Hybrid vs. Non-Hybrid Specifics

Hybrid Models: The battery pack sits under the rear cargo area, raising the floor and reducing overall height, though it allows for a flatter loading surface.

3rd Row Models: Behind the 3rd row, the space is limited to around 12.1 cubic feet, similar to other compact SUVs.

Key Features

6-Foot Item Test: The 6th Gen passes the 6-foot table test, with approximately 6'2" of space from the back of the front seats to the rear hatch.

Seat Functionality: The rear seats fold down with a single lever, often not requiring removal of the headrests to sit flat, and do not require lifting the lower seat cushion
