from that i can tell the incidents in portland shouldnt affect rail shipments out of portland. the port is far enough removed from the location of the ICE facility to not affect it.
the facility is on the other side of the channel and way south of the port the RORO's unload at. and the rails i am not sure if they go north or south once they leave the port after loading.
the yellow circle is the port that unloads vehicle vs the red pin of the ice facility.
