My build so far:
-Toyota TRD 2.5" lift kit
-35x11.5" Toyo AT3 Tires (C load)
-Method 703 17" +35mm offset wheels
-WeatherTech window deflectors
-20% Window Tint/80% Windshield Tint
-Stealth Tail lights
-Raptor grille lights
-Sequential Turn signals in side mirrors
-TriXPoly Front Crash Bracket Delete covers
On order:
-Wescott designs rock sliders
-Prinsu Pro roof rack w/4x black grab handles
-Baja designs 7 XL roof light bar (all white lights)
-Baja designs Squadron 2.0 ditch lights
-AlphaRex Nova Series LED Headlights For 4Runner
Notes:
I installed the lift kit myself. Couple hiccups during the install but overall just time consuming because i took it slow. I put the stock wheels and tires on it afterwards and it rode even better than stock.
With the new method wheels and toyo tires it still rides fantastic! I like to do light trails so i don't need the E load tires. I put E load tires on a 3rd gen Tacoma i previously owned and it ruined the ride, i actually think it made it unsafe at highway speeds. I'm very happy i went with the 11.5" wide tires. I only had to remove the crash brackets, air damper (which looks dumb anyway), and mud flaps , no trimming was required.
I'm very excited for the other parts to come in. When they do, I'll add more pictures.
Any other suggestions for mods, please let me know! I am so addicted to this 4Runner. I love it so much!
Thanks for checking out my rig!
